D. Dale Fairclough is the Founder and Chief Strategist at Achieve Coaching & Consulting, where he guides high-performing and purpose-driven professionals to advance their career or grow their venture with clarity, structure, and confident momentum.
He also advises founders, businesses, and technical teams on strategy, project development, and complex decision-making. His mission is simple: to help clients move from Stuck to Strategic™ Action — making confident, purposeful moves in their careers or ventures.
With over 28 years of leadership in industrial gases, manufacturing, and the energy sector, Dale draws on deep technical and project expertise, having played key roles in developing large-scale hydrogen, air separation, and energy projects.
A Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Certified Neurodiversity Coach, licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.), and Project Management Professional (PMP®), Dale blends engineering precision with strategic coaching — bringing a structured, step-by-step approach that helps clients cut through uncertainty and take decisive, strategic action.
He earned his Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania and holds business and leadership certificates from Cornell University. Beyond his professional work, Dale invests in his community through adult literacy and youth-focused initiatives, while enjoying family life in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley.
