Dale Fairclough is the Founder and Chief Strategist & Technical Advisor at Achieve Coaching and Consulting, where he helps high-performing and purpose-driven professionals gain clarity, structure, and momentum through career transitions and entrepreneurial pivots. His mission is simple: guide clients from stuck to strategic so they can make confident moves in their careers or ventures.
With over 28 years of leadership in industrial gases, manufacturing, and the energy sector, Dale draws on deep technical and project expertise—playing key roles in delivering large-scale hydrogen and air separation plants that continue to operate today.
A certified professional coach, licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.), and Project Management Professional (PMP®), Dale blends analytical precision with a calm, grounded presence—helping clients cut through uncertainty and take decisive, purpose-driven action.
He earned his chemical engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania and holds business and leadership certificates from Cornell. Beyond his work, he invests in his community through adult literacy, special-needs programs, and youth-focused initiatives, while enjoying family life in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley.

Founded in 2010, Achieve Coaching and Consulting began with a purposeful mission: to help individuals define and achieve meaningful life and career goals. In the early years, we guided clients through life transitions and major decisions, with a natural emphasis on building career clarity, structure, and practical strategy.
As our work evolved, we began serving a more focused group—mid-career professionals and entrepreneurs—seeking not just clarity, but also strategic guidance and project development expertise.
